Value-Added Services in logistics is a package of services that add value to products. 
Additional services are offered to customers who expect an expanded offer from the logistics operator, which will allow them to achieve higher sales by giving the goods additional values.
Most often, they have a marketing aspect, although they may also result from the need to adapt products to regulations, norms or standards in a given commercial area or sales channel.
In many cases, the VAS service will determine consumer behavior and influence his decision-making regarding the purchase of products.
